You''ll work independently at times, using your judgement to resolve minor issues and maintain output.Key ResponsibilitiesSetting and condition setting machinery for specific jobsAdjusting machine conditions to resolve quality concernsCompleting daily and weekly asset care checksMaintaining KPI targets including 5S, scrap reduction, safety and productivityCarrying out hourly quality checks and recording scrap accuratelySupporting minor machine maintenance and tooling upkeepAssisting Technicians when requiredWorking to production targets and forecastsMaintaining strict adherence to health and safety procedur
