Food Production Operative

HRGO are looking for someone to join our client''s bakery production team to help decorate and ice baked goods that end up in stores and with clients nationwide. This is a hands-on role where your precision and passion for food will really shine.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Pay: -14.50 per hour, paid weekly
Location: Barry Island
Responsibilities
Applying icing and decorative finishes to biscuits with accuracy and consistency
Following recipes, production guidelines, and quality standards
Maintaining a clean, safe, and food-compliant workspace
Working as part of a fast-paced team to meet production deadlines
Bringing creativity to seasonal or custom designs
Requirements
Experience in food production, bakery, cake decorating, or a similar role
Great attention to detail and a steady hand
The ability to work quickly while maintaining quality
A positive attitude and team spirit
Knowledge of food hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene certification a bonus)
