Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Monitor and report on students progress and well-being. Be able to be adaptable and understanding to the needs of individual pupils. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Support Worker in an educational or care setting. Experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities.
