The schools we support cater to students with a range of additional needs.Key Responsibilities: Work one-on-one or in small groups supporting pupils with additional needs. Assist with educational activities, including supporting learning objectives and helping to manage behaviour. Help students with personal care needs where necessary. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Monitor and report on students progress and well-being. Be able to be adaptable and understanding to the needs of individual pupils. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Support Worker in an educational or care setting. Experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities. Compassionate, patient, and adaptable with strong communication skills.
