About the Role:
We''re looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and secure new business within the transport sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Experience in pallet network distribution and/or Irish groupage/full load distribution (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role is going to be an entry role, the candidate will learn the commercial side of the business from the ground up, with a view to progressing to UK Commercial Manager - timescale wise for this progression depends on how quick they learn the business, but circa 3 years minimum.
