This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential and commercial property lawyer to take on a varied caseload within a reputable and forward-thinking practice. The role: Handling a busy caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion Dealing with a range of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds Maintaining a high standard of client care, ensuring a smooth and efficient service Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team and supporting business development activities Managing files autonomously while also being part of a collaborative and supportive environment The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years'' PQE in residential conveyancing Have solid technical knowledge and the ability to manage a caseload independently Demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship management skills Be proactive, highly organised, and commercially aware Be based within a commutable distance to Tonbridge What s in it for you?!
