This project was worth over 3.5M Completion of an office refurbishment in Central London with a value of over 1M The Role Our client is currently seeking to recruit an Assistant Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their construction career, ideally already working towards a qualification in construction or quantity surveying, with some relevant experience in estimating or tender preparation. You will assist in the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders for refurbishment and fit-out projects across London and the Southeast, working closely with the senior estimator and wider pre-construction team. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial and retail refurbishment projects Analyse dra
