Job Title: Site Manager £3.5M Extension and Fit-Out Education Project Salary: Up to £70,000 + Van + Laptop + 28 Days Holiday Location: Edmonton, North London Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time The Opportunity: We re recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to lead a £3.5M extension and fit-out on a live school site in Edmonton. This is a technically complex project involving: Steel frame construction Mezzanine floor Ground beams Air source heat pumps Full internal fit-out Piling and groundworks You ll be the No.1 on site, reporting into a Contracts Manager and overseeing day-to-day site activity, health and safety, subcontractor coordination, programme delivery, and quality control.
