Due to recent growth and internal changes, they''re now seeking a confident and experienced Senior Principal Designer and CDM Advisor to join their London team and hit the ground running. The Senior Principal Designer and CDM Advisor will be responsible for: - Leading and delivering CDM consultancy services across a wide range of construction projects, from refurbishments to new builds. - Acting as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor in line with CDM 2015 regulations. - Managing client relationships and providing expert guidance throughout all RIBA stages. - Supporting legal compliance, risk mitigation, and health and safety best practices. - Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of internal systems. - Representing the business in adjudication, mediation, and litigation proceedings when required.
