Pastry Chef de Partie - Gelato

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Gelato or pastry chef CDP to work in this fabulous, authentic, Gelato restaurant As the Gelato/ pastry chef you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day production of gelato, sorbets, and other kitchen preparations, maintaining the highest of standards of hygiene and product quality.
