OverviewArchitectural Designer urgently required for a client side house builder to work in their busy office based near Cookham, Buckinghamshire.

Responsibilities

Assist in the upkeep and development of standard housing and apartment portfolio, internal specification and construction specifications alongside standard details to enable production of regional sites using standard product.

Communicate with regional teams on updates to the portfolio as well as NHBC standards and regulations, ensuring the product and specification meet current regulations and legislation.

Attend workstreams and collaboration meetings with regional teams and 3rd party consultants and designers to ensure key deadlines are met.

Work as part of a busy design team on a range of projects, looking at the design process from concept through to construction.

Qualifications

Experience of AutoCAD with approximately 2 - 5 years post-graduation experience.
