Are you a highly creative, detail-oriented designer with a passion for visual storytelling and brand consistency? We're looking for a Creative Artworker to join our clients dynamic Marketing team.

About the Role
As a Creative Artworker, you'll play a vital role in producing visually engaging, on-brand materials across digital and print platforms. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to develop design solutions that support and elevate our clients' brand and campaigns. From brochures to social media graphics, you'll bring ideas to life with creativity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design a wide variety of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, digital assets, and website content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaign concepts aligned with brand and business goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and consistency.
• Prepare and present design ideas, incorporating feedback and refining work as needed.
• Maintain organised project files and ensure assets are easily accessible via internal systems.
• Ensure all content is legally compliant (e.g., copyright, data protection) and follows brand guidelines.
• Keep up to date with design trends and technologies to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain project tracking using Trello.

• 2 years' experience in a similar graphic design or creative artworker role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills across a range of media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent knowledge of layout, typography, and design principles.
• Great attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with print production processes.

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Understanding of web design and UX principles.
