We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistant/ Carers/Support Workers to to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals within our service users homes. Location: Northhampton (NN7) Salary: 13.73 Hours: Varying hours of 4 hrs Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care and daily activities (e.g. dressing, feeding, mobility support). Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to individual needs Support with personal care, daily living tasks, and promoting independence Offer emotional support and reassurance as required Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments Maintain accurate and timely records Requirements: At least 6 months recent care experience.
