Alexander Steele continues its partnership with a multi-site food manufacturer that supplies some of the largest brands in the UK. Due to increased product demand and business growth, they are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team at the Hertfordshire site. Offering: 40,000 - 45,000 33 days of holiday Enhanced company pension Private medical Life assurance Role Overview: The key responsibility of the Quality Manager is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance across the site. This involves overseeing technical risks, ensuring compliance with customer technical specifications, and maintaining adherence to established business processes. Additionally, the Quality Manager is committed to maintaining the highest level of BRC accreditation and ensuring the complete fulfilment of all customer requirements. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality supervisory or managerial position within the food manufacturing industry Degree in food science or a related science field Strong working knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and current legislation Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) If you believe this role suits your qualifications, please apply with an updated CV.
