The role

Take ownership of commercial management on major residential projects

Oversee cost planning, valuations, variations and final accounts

Procure subcontractors and manage supply chain relationships

Ensure profitability and value for money across projects

Provide commercial advice to project teams and directors

You

Strong background as a QS / Senior QS within residential development or contracting

Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills

Ability to manage budgets and forecast costs on large projects

Confident in building strong stakeholder relationships
