This role is designed to give you real, hands-on experience, helping you build the confidence and skills needed to progress into teacher training.You ll gain exposure to a variety of subjects and year groups, develop your classroom presence, and learn how to manage behaviour and deliver lessons in a supportive school environment.What you ll be doingYou ll be leading lessons using pre-prepared materials set by teaching staff, stepping in to ensure learning continues in the teacher s absence. Over time, you ll build confidence managing full classes, keeping students engaged, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
