Own end-to-end execution of varying business projects, including leading due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions, and collaborating with Legal, Finance, HR, and Product teams.Support decision-making with prep materials and structured follow-ups, including drafting investor updates, coordinating metrics and team highlights, and managing QandA responses.Represent the CEO in meetings, such as attending weekly growth team meetings, asking questions, summarizing outcomes, and flagging decisions.Help teams focus on what matters by creating business reviews, coordinating inputs from all business units, and facilitating sessions that highlight performance and blockers.Dive into tasks like financial planning, hiring strategy, or team operations; identify talent gaps and propose solutions.Help manage the executive’s calendar, travel, and communications, including creating focus blocks, pre-travel briefing docs, and drafting communications.What we look for

Salary ranges vary by location; pay grows with experience and impact, with equity options at a discounted price. Relocation to Italy may come with a 50% tax cut.Commitment and contract
