Senior Principal System Architect - SoC Platforms / Consumer Devices

Overview
We are partnered with an industry-leading semiconductor company in the UK to expand their team with a Senior Principal System Architect to take a leading role in the development of cutting-edge SoC solutions for next-generation mobile and compute devices. This is a permanent role offering hybrid working (2-3 days onsite per week) based out of Cambridge, UK. Full relocation and visa sponsorship (where required) are available.Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine technology roadmaps in collaboration with engineering and product planning teams.Define comprehensive platform architectures encompassing hardware, software, and tools.Collaborate across architecture and core technology teams to align platform and feature development with SoC requirements.Evaluate architectural proposals and IP features, providing leadership to align hardware, software, and platform groups.Represent the company in customer meetings, incorporating feedback into architectural decisions.Create high-level architecture specifications to guide engineering teams.Design experiments and analyses to address architectural questions using appropriate tools and methods.Communicate technical concepts effectively across diverse audiences.Key Requirements
