This position sits in our Marketing and Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative and paid media to crack brands’ business problems and drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like social, influencer, TTL ad campaigns, augmented reality, AI and innovation. Our clients include eBay, easyJet, Just Eat Takeaway and Pepsico.

Job Purpose

We’re looking for energetic Jr. Social Content Creators who are passionate about creating fast, fun, and trend-led social content. You’ll be hands-on, filming and editing short-form videos that capture the joy of unbounded travel and lifestyle for EasyJet’s social presence. This role is all about being a doer and a maker - coming up with ideas in the morning, shooting by midday, and posting by the afternoon.

You don’t need to be a polished advertising graduate; we want fresh, creative minds who live and breathe TikTok culture, are confident on camera, and can work quickly and reactively to produce engaging content. You’ll be out and about, whether that’s at airports, on content trips across Europe, or in the office, always ready to think up and capture moments that resonate with EasyJet’s audience and brand goals.

Your role will involve concepting, shooting, editing (using tools like CapCut or in-app editors), and working collaboratively with the Easyjet team to keep the content fresh, reactive, and aligned with brand guidelines. You’ll have access to a vast library of assets to inspire and support your work, and you’ll embrace a test-and-learn mindset where trying new ideas and learning from what doesn’t work is part of the process.

Key Responsibilities

Generate quick, trend-led organic social content ideas that resonate with EasyJet’s audience and cultureShoot and edit short-form videos independently, using tools like CapCut or in-app editorsReact rapidly to social trends, creating and posting content within tight timeframesCollaborate closely with the team and clients, presenting ideas clearly and confidentlyTravel to locations such as Luton Airport and across Europe for content shoots and brand activationsManage and utilise a large brand asset library to inspire and support content creationMaintain brand guidelines while experimenting with creative formatsEmbrace a “doer and maker” mindset by prioritising action, ideation, and learning from content performanceSupport the production of high volumes of engaging, snackable social content on a daily basis

Skills And Previous Experience

Passion for TikTok, Reels and short-form video content creation, with hands-on experience editing using apps like CapCut or similarAbility to generate quick, trend-led, and reactive social content ideas that resonate with Gen Z and wider audiencesComfortable filming and presenting on camera with confidence and authenticityExperience managing or creating content for personal or brand TikTok/Instagram accounts as a portfolio alternativeStrong creative instincts combined with a maker mindset, ready to produce and post content rapidlyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectivelyAdaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple shoots and content trips, including travel to locations like airports and European destinationsHigh attention to brand guidelines and creative tenets, balancing creativity with strategic brand alignmentEagerness to learn, experiment, and iterate quickly, embracing a test-and-learn approach to content creation
