The successful candidate will manage a broad range of contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, rights of way, boundary issues, and property-related professional negligence claims.Job Description

Advising clients on all aspects of real estate disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution.Managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision.Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.Attending court hearings and mediations.Collaborating with other departments to provide holistic legal solutions.Building and maintaining strong client relationships.The Successful Applicant

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (1-3 years PQE preferred).Solid experience in property litigation or real estate disputes.Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant law, property rights, and civil procedure.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.A proactive, client-first attitude with commercial awareness.What\''s on Offer
