Keeler Recruitment have been engaged by a dynamic, growing multi-site business to assist them in recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager to play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.

This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the business owner and working closely with senior leadership and operational teams. You will act as a trusted business partner, providing financial insight, challenging performance, and ensuring the business maintains strong control and agility in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to interpret financial results, highlight trends, and support performance improvement
• Analyse management accounts and extract key insights to support decision-making across multiple sites
• Lead on planning, reforecasting, and scenario modelling with clear cash flow analysis
• Take ownership of short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting
• Develop profitability models and provide analysis across different business streams
• Review pricing strategies and advise on margin improvement
• Monitor key cost lines and work with teams to identify efficiencies
• Prepare financial models and business cases for investment and growth opportunities

What We''re Looking For

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
• Strong background in commercial finance, management accounting, or business partnering
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
• Clear communicator, able to influence and support non-finance colleagues
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Multi-site, retail, hospitality, or operational business experience desirable (but not essential)
