McLoughlin Decorating is an award-winning contractor who has worked on some of the most iconic London projects. We have been trading for over 30 years and have a reputation second to none for delivering our projects to meet the needs of our clients. We carry out contracts ranging in value from £10,000 to £4,000,000.

Due to a very busy order book and our planned growth over the coming years we require a Multi Trader with a joinery background to join our site team(s) based in Enfield, but will cover work in London and the Home Counties. A company vehicle and fuel card will be supplied.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Working in conjunction with our painting and decorating teams to carryout pre-  decoration repairs
· Carrying out joinery/carpentry repairs and fit out.
· Carryout minor masonry repairs
. Re-pointing of brickwork
. Plastering/rendering
. Measuring out and ordering materials required for the tasks allocated

Essential Experience:

• Must have a trade background with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Must have valid CSCS Card
• Own Tools
• Own vehicle is desirable, element of travel will be subsidised
• Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
• Experience in the Construction industry
• Must hold a clean current Drivers Licence for minimum of 2 years

- 14 year contract with housing body comprising of 14,000 properties
- 7 year contract with housing body
- 10 year framework with major estate holder in London
