It offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced audit professional looking to move into a technical, non-client facing role focused on audit quality, methodology and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities include:Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on audit findingsConducting Audit Quality Monitoring (AQM) reviews including thematic and in-flight reviewsSupporting the firm''s System of Quality Management and remediation of identified deficienciesPreparing reports on audit quality findingsAssisting with regulatory interaction and submissionsSupervising junior members of the audit quality teamSupporting technical consultations and contributing to training and audit methodologyCandidate profile:ACA (or equivalent) qualifiedStrong knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP (FRS 101 / 102), Companies Act and ISAsBackground in external audit (likely Top 20 / mid-tier / Big 4)Strong interest in audit quality, regulation and technical standardsExperience reviewing financial statements of private or listed companiesStrong communication and stakeholder skillsSalary: £75,000 - £90,000 + bonus + benefitsLocation: London (h
