EssentraWe are looking to appoint a D365 (CE and FandO) Service Delivery Manager.Essentra have a global use of Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM), used in 39 locations, and 14 countries using Microsoft Dynamics FandO, with an implementation plan for many more.The position will work in close collaboration with:-Our implementation project team to transition from project, hypercare to live site-Our Centre of Excellence team who work with the business for enhancements, releases and issues-Our CE team on developments, enhancements, releases, issues and bugs-Our IT team, from service desk, hardware to infrastructure and user tickets for issues and bugsThis role is to ensure we are providing high levels of quality, efficiency, service and support and working with other teams to achieve measurable and reportable standards by utilising our resources.Responsibilities:The role entails managing D365 service, governance and qualityResponsible for service delivery performance and D365 service management, including developments, incidents, service requests and problem managementEnsuring that services are delivered at an expected quality of serviceProactively work on service improvements activities and process improvements related to defined scope to improve quality of the services within the scope.Master related technical support tools and drive their adoptions throughout, ADO, IT ticket management, SprintsAssist in the transition from project to liveCollaborate closely with key business, project team, IT stakeholders to continuously enhance users'' satisfaction and drive successRun one-2-one''s, CE, FandO, up to management meetingsPrepare reports on service deliveryRequired skills and experience:Educated to degree level, or Microsoft certified qualificationsGood knowledge of Dynamics 365 FO and CE with a strong technical understandingExperience in managing service delivery for Dynamics 365 FO and CEProfessional experience in IT incorporating supportProficient in project management and capable of leading project sprintsAdvanced project, analysis, problem solving, and business relationship skillsA good understanding of current legislation and precedence governing ITClear and effective communicator, capable working with teams and leadershipHighly organized with a proactive and positive approach to managing tasks and responsibilitiesRemains calm under pressure and able to take onboard feedback, both positive and negativeStrong team player who collaborates effectively with othersAble to inspire staff and drive team performanceWhat we offer:Discretionary Annual BonusUp to 5% matched pension contribution4x annual salary life assurancePersonal medical cover25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysSalary Sacrifice Car SchemeEmployee discounts through EdenredCycle to work schemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeThis is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week based in our Kidlington office.Essentra plc is a leading global provider of essential components and solutions, focusing on the manufacture and distribution of plastic injection moulded, vinyl dip moulded and metal items.Headquartered in the UK, Essentra''s global network extends to 28 countries worldwide and includes over 3,000 employees, 14 manufacturing facilities, 24 distribution centres and 33 sales and service centres serving c.74,000 customers with a rapid supply of low cost but essential products for a variety of applications in industries such as equipment manufacturing, automotive, fabrication, electronics, medical and renewable energy.At Essentra we are ideally looking for individuals who enjoy working as part of a close team, are passionate about what they do and who strive to make a difference.
