Management Accountant Location: Leicester (Hybrid) Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Contract: 6-Month FTC, with strong potential to go permanent Sector: Financial Services (desirable) - Own the full month-end process, including preparation of management accounts, journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis. - Prepare and deliver accurate financial forecasts and budgets. - Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve financial understanding and support strategic decisions. - Drive process improvement and automation initiatives, with a focus on scalability and efficiency. - Contribute to the integration and alignment of financial reporting post-acquisition. - Present financial information to senior stakeholders in a clear, impactful manner.
