Responsibilities

Perform planned and reactive maintenance on MandE plant and building fabricConduct fault finding, testing, repairs, and small electrical installationsUpdate PPM tasks via the site''s maintenance systemEnsure compliance with QA, health and safety, and site proceduresMaintain accurate documentation and site recordsWork safely from ladders and platformsKeep company tools in good conditionSupport contract success with a positive, flexible approach

Essential Skills and Experience

Solid understanding of building services engineeringFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and Building Management SystemsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Desirable Qualifications

City and Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Installation or Maintenance18th Edition (or 17th Edition)City and Guilds 2391 Test and InspectionTime-served apprenticeship or equivalent
