Our client, a leading packaging manufacturer, is looking for a skilled operator to join their busy production team. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain gluing machines to meet production schedules and quality standards. Set up and adjust machine parameters to achieve precise gluing, folding, and sealing. Monitor machine performance and carry out regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance. Collaborate with the production team to optimise workflow and achieve targets. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety guidelines. Assist with any other duties as required. What we re looking for: Proven experience operating gluing machines. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to set up and adjust machinery.
