The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, and operation of global operating system platforms.This role supports a business-critical infrastructure that includes on-premises Windows servers, cloud-based services, and enterprise datacentre environments.You will troubleshoot complex system issues, participate in IT projects, and collaborate with global IT teams across EMEA and North America. The position requires adherence to IT policies and processes, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work flexibly - including out-of-hours support and occasional international travel.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, monitor, and operate the Platform environment in line with company policies.Resolve incidents and tickets raised through IT service management systems.Support platform-related project work and deployment initiatives.Ensure systems are enrolled in capacity management and life-cycle processes.Collaborate with global IT teams to enhance platform performance and reliability.Participate in on-call support rota and out-of-hours operational activities.Essential Skills and ExperienceS
