Menswear DesignerPremium Brand – LondonA British premium brand renowned for its classic menswear and womenswear collections is currently recruiting for a Menswear Designer with strong multi-product experience to join its growing creative team.As the Menswear Designer you will be responsible for designing and developing their menswear collections alongside the wider design team, product and merchandising teams. Taking full ownership of product lines, attending fit meetings, creating and updating tech packs, and fabric and trim research. You will work closely with the Product team throughout the development process, adhering to the critical path and liaising with internal teams and external suppliers and factories regarding development issues. You will be a valued member of the Design team reporting directly to the Head of Design.Responsibilities

Design and develop menswear collections alongside the design, product and merchandising teams.Take full ownership of product lines; attend fit meetings; create and update tech packs; conduct fabric and trim research.Work closely with the Product team throughout the development process, adhering to the critical path.Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers and factories regarding development issues.Be a valued member of the Design team reporting directly to the Head of Design.Qualifications

Previous multi-product menswear design experience at a senior level for a premium, lifestyle or high street brand.Exceptional knowledge of creating tech packs and garment construction; experience working with in-house buying and garment tech teams, overseas factories and external suppliers.Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills; IT skills using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.Remuneration
