The Role: You will be critical in preparing the site for safe, efficient, and sustainable operations ahead of commissioning. Responsibilities include: Lead a safety-first culture, ensuring everyone goes home safe everyday Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards Oversee day to day operations and long-term performance Deliver outage plans, reliability improvements and CI initiatives Own the site PandL, overseeing budgeting and forecasting Lead and develop the site leadership team About you: You will have extensive senior people management experience within a large, technical or operational environment, with a proven track record of leading complex teams.
