The Role:As a Secondary ALN Teacher with Aspire People, you will: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Work closely with SENCOs, support staff and external agencies. Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and moderate learning difficulties. Promote inclusive practice and positive behaviour strategies. Contribute to pupil progress reviews and individual development plans (IDPs). Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recognised in the UK. Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is essential.
