Working from home and with travel - the area covers a patch of 16 sheltered housing sites across South Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The post holder will oversee and manage scheme managers and admin staff to ensure services are being delivered to a high standard offering residents exceptional customer service across both retirement services. Key duties include: Leading and developing the area team to ensure they meet their full potential and continue to deliver excellent services Accountability for implementing the customer engagement strategy at local level, ensuring that all customers have an opportunity to shape local provision and are encouraged to be involved in their local community Working with the Procurement team and local providers, as appropriate, to ensure that high quality services are commissioned across all schemes.
