Head of Finance

to join its senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to influence strategic direction and support ambitious growth plans.Location:

Wolverhampton, West Midlands (Hybrid: 3–4 days office, balance remote)Package:

£70,000 – £75,000 + benefits (depending on experience)The Opportunity

You will be a key business partner to the Managing Director and commercial teams, while also engaging with Group Finance and divisional stakeholders. This leadership role carries full responsibility for financial management, strategic planning, and supporting commercial decision-making to drive performance.Key Responsibilities

Ownership of

PandL, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow .Delivery of

management accounts, reporting, and analytical insight .Lead on

strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI dashboards .Act as

Finance Business Partner

across operations and commercial teams.Manage

banking relationships, treasury, audit, legal, and advisory partners .Ensure strong

cash control, risk management, and compliance .Develop and mentor the finance team, embedding accountability and high performance.Candidate Profile

Qualified accountant

(ACMA, ACA, ACCA) with strong industrial/engineering sector experience.Proven ability to operate in a

growing, dynamic, multi-entity/group environment .Commercially astute with

excellent analytical and communication skills .Confident leader able to

challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders .Experienced in

working capital management, strategic growth, and business case evaluation .Seniority level
