This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment!Key Responsibilities:Operate heat press machinesPick and pack orders with great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring everything runs smoothly.Assist in our busy production area and support team members.Perform general factory duties, including lifting and physical tasks.Ensure high standards of production and quality control are maintained.Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in a factory or production environment is preferred.Knowledge of print and/or heat press operations is an advantage.Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality results.Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills.Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.Working Hours and Shifts:5 days per week (37.5 hours)Working Monday to Friday 8am till 16.00 Pay: 12.21 per hour for the first 12 weeks,
