We''re working with a leading manufacturing client based in Doncaster in their search for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor. This role is key to their engineering function and comes with the responsibility of leading a team of skilled engineers. The Person: NVQ Level 3 (Apprentice Trained). Have worked as a Engineering Shift Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, Engineering Team Leader, Lead Engineer or Electrical Shift Manager before. Motivated / Determined / Ambitious. The Role: Lead a team of skilled engineers. Co-ordinate/support with breakdown diagnostics. Daily engineering briefings. Liaise with production to ensure smooth operation. Adhere to site HandS. Plan and co-ordinate team resources to complete all work allocated to the team in a timely manner. Motivate and manage people activities to meet team performance targets. Identify development areas relating to skills, behaviours and competencies and implement team development plans. Participation in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities including leading short interval control and root cause analysis assessments.
