Key Responsibilities:Resolve outstanding account queries directly with customersProactively chase debt via telephone and email, issuing letters before action where requiredReconcile customer accounts and manage unallocated paymentsSend statements, copy invoices and dunning communicationsUpload invoices to customer portals and produce consolidated invoices when neededCarry out credit checks for new and existing customers for approvalRelease held orders within core systems and monitor dailyProcess refunds and prepare legal documentation where necessaryMaintain accurate Direct Debit mandates and customer recordsProvide team cover and support wider Credit Control activitiesCash posting
