Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are recruiting for:We are looking for a Project Controller for a permanent position based with our client in Staffordshire.Immediate start available (subject to interview process)Salary is between 34,000 to 42,000 per annum (depending on experience)Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing data including project financialsUpdating and maintaining project programmesLabour allocation and scheduling, contacting labour and conveying deployment detailsPerformance metrics trackingDevelop and maintain project schedules/programmes focus on alignment with project objectives and timelinesMonitoring and reporting project costs, budgets, and forecasts,Prepare baseline project reports and assist key stakeholders to complete the overarching reportProvide support to the Operation Management by providing accurate data and insightsEnsure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practicesAssist in contract administration, procurement processes, and resource planningRequirementsMust have:Previous experience in a project control or planning role, ideally within the Mechanical Engineering, Energy from Waste or Construction Sector.Good analytical skills.Positive communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software.Good level of Microsoft Excel skills.Experience and familiarity with
