Our Digital, Data, and Cloud team is expanding, creating new opportunities for driven and skilled individuals to join one of the fastest-growing consultancies globally.This is a 6-month daily rate contract inside IR35.Version 1 seeks experienced Delivery Managers to lead critical digital transformation projects for a key public sector client.Responsibilities:Establish, build, and mature relationships with new customers.Deliver effective solutions and identify new opportunities.Lead Agile or Hybrid projects to successful completion on time, within budget, and with high quality.Engage and manage stakeholders effectively.Champion and improve client ways of working.Manage project scope, finances, detailed work plans, RAID analysis, governance, documentation, and risk management.Apply critical thinking under pressure.Lead delivery in one or two workstreams, adapting Agile approaches to team and client needs.Ensure successful project execution, proactively managing problems and risks.Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and translating them into feasible delivery plans.Optimize team culture, performance, and health, supporting individuals and teams to operate at their best.Essential Skills and Experience:Security Clearance eligibleConsulting mindset or experience in consultingProven experience managing and leading project teamsTechnical delivery project management experience across various technologiesExperience delivering Software Development, Data, or Cloud Migration projectsKnowledge of Cloud technologiesHands-on experience with Agile projectsFamiliarity with Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC)Relationship building and management skillsStrong planning and project execution skillsLeadership and adaptabilityWhy join Version 1?Share in our success:
