We are seeking an experienced and ambitious

Senior Sous Chef

to join our award-winning kitchen team. Working to a

2/3 Rosette standard , you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef, leading service, and inspiring the brigade to deliver exceptional dishes that celebrate seasonality, flavour, and creativity.This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef to refine their skills, take on greater responsibility, and contribute to the continued success of a highly regarded dining destination.Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef with menu planning, dish development, and execution.

Oversee daily operations including stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation.

Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance.

Contribute to cost control and efficient kitchen management.

Champion innovation by bringing fresh ideas to menus and specials.

What We''re Looking For

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a high-quality, fine dining environment.

Strong culinary expertise with excellent attention to detail and presentation.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team.

Calm and professional under pressure, with strong organisational abilities.

A genuine passion for food, seasonality, and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.

Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance.

Culinary qualifications are desirable but not essential if backed by proven experience.
