• Experience in customer support, service coordination, or operations support within construction, heating, HVAC, or M&E or another Service Engineering environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks under pressure.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Knowledge of contract-based service delivery is desirable but not essential.
