This role would be ideal for a qualified solicitor with 3yrs+ PQE to provide legal advice and assistance related to estate planning, will drafting and managing the administration of estates. You will handle various tasks including preparing wills, administering estates, applying for probate and advising on inheritance tax and trusts. Role summary: Will Preparation - drafting and advising on the creation of wills, including those incorporating trusts for complex family situations. Estate Administration - managing the process of distributing the deceased''s assets, settling debts, and paying taxes. Probate Applications - applying for and obtaining the Grant of Probate. Trust Administration - setting up and managing trusts, including advising on tax implications and distribution of assets. Inheritance Tax Planning - advising on strategies to minimise inheritance tax liabilities, both during estate planning and after a person''s death. Power of Attorney - preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney for financial and healthcare decisions. Client Communication - communicating clearly and empathetically with clients, executors, beneficiaries, and other professionals involved in estate administration.
