Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and fault diagnostics
• Perform repairs and servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards
• Ensure all work is completed to a high-quality standard, maintaining customer satisfaction
• Complete accurate documentation for all diagnostic and repair work
• Maintain workshop health and safety standards at all times
• Assist apprenticeship and junior Vehicle Technicians as needed
• Support continuous improvement in workshop efficiency and customer service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy automotive workshop environment
• Relevant recognised automotive qualifications; MOT Tester certification is desirable
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer-focused attitude
