Job DescriptionAccount Executive (Sales) - Remote with occasional travel to client site (UK-Wide) and offices (Kent, London). Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for achieving and surpassing individual performance targets.Engage with clients to evaluate their needs and continuously identify opportunities for growth within the existing client portfolio through gap analysis.Develop and nurture strong client relationships to retain business and attract new customers by confidently representing the company''s brand and products.Work closely with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are effectively fulfilled.Address and resolve client complaints while maintaining detailed records of all account-related activities.Serve as the primary client liaison within the organisation to deliver exceptional customer service tailored to each client.Gather and analyse consumer behaviour data to track trends and adapt to evolving client needs.Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in account management or sales-oriented roles.Exceptional problem-solving abilities to effectively resolve client complaints and address their needs.Current knowledge of consumer behaviour trends within the industry.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients and collaborating across departme
