Operating successfully for over 30 years, this division has a strong client base, existing business, an established candidate network and an excellent reputation across Essex and Suffolk. This isn''t a role where you''ll be expected to build a desk from scratch. Instead, you''ll inherit existing relationships and a strong market presence, providing the platform to focus on what you do best - recruiting, developing client partnerships and continuing the growth of a successful division. The Senior Recruitment Consultant role will include but is not limited to:Manage and develop the Office and Finance Permanent DivisionBuild and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clientsDeliver consultative recruitment solutions across a range of office and finance positionsSource, interview and qualify candidates through a variety of channelsManage the full recruitment lifecycle from job on through to placementProvide clients with market insight, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice when neededGenerate new business opportunities through proactive business development activityAttend client meetings both virtually and face-to-faceM
