Personal Tax Senior Manager

OverviewSenior Director Tax Recruitment at Brewer Morris. I’m currently working with a highly respected, independent advisory firm that’s looking to appoint a senior tax manager to join their growing team in Reigate. This is a standout leadership role for someone with deep expertise in personal and trust taxation, who’s ready to take ownership of a high-value client portfolio and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the tax practice.
The FirmThe Firm
This boutique consultancy has made waves since its formation in 2019, following the merger of three specialist firms. With offices across the UK, Channel Islands, and Switzerland, they offer a truly international service to a sophisticated client base — including UHNW individuals, family offices, and cross-border entities. Independence is a differentiator; they are not tied to banks, law firms, or investment houses, ensuring client-first advice. The culture is collaborative and people-centric, contrasting with the traditional, corporate feel of larger firms.
The RoleAs Senior Tax Manager, you’ll be the go-to advisor for a portfolio of complex clients, including non-residents, trusts, and long-term UK residents. You’ll lead on both compliance and advisory matters, manage internal teams, and work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
