We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead the manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on lean principles, continuous improvement, and quality control . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production teams, optimising processes, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to mainly domestic but some international markets. Key Responsibilities of the Production Manager: Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve operational targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and training initiatives. Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with planning and procurement teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts.
