We are working on behalf of a well-established architectural practice to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist to their London team. This is a key technical role suited to a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in residential delivery and a high level of proficiency in Revit. You ll be joining a collaborative team working on complex, design-led projects from early stages through to site. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical delivery across residential and mixed-use projects, primarily at RIBA stages 3 5. Coordinate detailed design, technical documentation, and construction packages. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC standards, and technical compliance. Review and resolve site queries, oversee technical quality, and support contract administration. Mentor junior technologists and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. Key Requirements: Minimum 7 10 years of experience in architectural technology, ideally within the residential sector. MCIAT or working toward chartership preferred. Expert proficiency in Revit is essential must have delivered projects in a BIM environment. Strong understanding of UK construction methods, building regs, and technical standards. Experience producing coordinated tender and construction drawing packages. Confident in consultant coordination, specification writing, and technical problem-solving
