Are you a Workshop Co-Ordinator with a background in HGV/PSV, looking to work for a well-known transportation company in the Southwest who offers the opportunity to become a Engineering Manager and advance your career with excellent company benefits?

On offer is the chance to join a company who is expanding to maintain their reputation as one of the main providers of buses and coaches in the Southwest. The company is growing exponentially and is looking for someone to join and manage their close team of engineers to ensure their safety processes are as efficient as possible.

You will be managing a team of 12 engineers across 3 depots to ensure the maintenance and repairs of their 100-vehicle fleet. You will also monitor that safety and compliance regulations are followed. Finally, you will need to assist engineers in their daily tasks and work hands-on when required.

This role would suit a Workshop Co-Ordinator with an HGV/PSV background or similar, looking for a company that allow to become a Workshop Manager and will invest in your growth and give you more responsibilities whilst offering you a performance-based bonus.

The Role:

Managing engineers for the maintenance and repairs of the fleet

Ensuring adherence and compliance of regulations

Monday to Friday - 40-hour week

Company vehicle

Workshop Co-Ordinator or similar

HGV/PSV background or similar

Commutable to Wincanton
