An established London Corporation is seeking a Helpdesk Coordinator to join their dedicated team.In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing the CAFM system and overseeing planned preventative maintenance scheduling and reporting. You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and client requests while ensuring KPIs are delivered and compliance standards are met. The position also involves supporting customer reporting, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to financial processes, all while maintaining effective communication with colleagues and clients.Responsibilities
