One of London''s most respected design studios has a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior / Lead Interior Designer with a strong background in luxury hospitality to join their team.

The studio is known for creating refined, contemporary interiors that balance architectural clarity with warmth and material richness, delivering understated luxury through strong spatial planning and meticulous detailing. Their portfolio spans high-end hotels, restaurants, private members'' clubs, and exclusive residential projects.

This position will see you leading major hospitality projects from concept through to completion, working closely with the Creative Director to ensure the design vision is carried consistently across all stages. You will also take an active role in mentoring and guiding the team while remaining hands-on with technical delivery and site coordination.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to step into a senior leadership position within a collaborative, design-driven environment, with real influence over both creative direction and project outcomes.

As a Senior / Lead Interior Designer, you must have:

• Senior Designer to Associate-level experience
• Proven track record delivering high-end luxury hospitality projects (hotels, Fandamp;B, private members'' clubs)
• Strong technical drawing skills and experience producing and reviewing detailed drawing packages
• Excellent spatial planning and layout coordination abilities
• Experience leading project teams and managing junior designers
• On-site project experience
• Strong communication skills - confident, clear, and professional
• Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Miro

Start date is flexible, with immediate work available for the right candidate (freelance option considered).
Contract terms are open, depending on availability and preference.
