This contract will be for a maternity cover, for an initial period of 6 months. Purpose of the Role Supporting the Chef Manger by leading and motivating the onsite catering team to deliver the catering and hospitality service in the extra care schemes. Supporting the effective management and control of costs, supplies, inventory, resources, and brand standards. Work closely with the Chef Manger to support and deliver an efficient and cohesive catering and hospitality service across the Broadacres group. About you Our ideal candidate will: Demonstrable experience of working within the catering industry and supervision of a frontline team. Ability and experience of supervising a team in the catering industry. NVQ level 3 in professional cookery. CIEH Level 2 Certificate or higher in Food Hygiene. What we can offer in return: Generous
